Here are some of the duties you will be responsible for:

  • The Sr. Director of Strategic Growth and Innovation is responsible for identifying and driving key business opportunities that support long-term growth, operational efficiencies, and improved patient satisfaction. This role will work closely with physicians and cross-functional teams to identify strategic opportunities and implement innovative solutions that help the organization excel. This role will act as a liaison between physicians, internal business units, and external stakeholders to align initiatives with the organization’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth Initiatives:
    Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic growth opportunities by collaborating with physicians, business units, and external partners to drive organizational goals. Lead initiatives that create efficiencies, improve patient satisfaction, and generate long-term value.
  • Physician Engagement:
    Build strong relationships with physicians across the organization, acting as a key point of contact. Understand their challenges and goals, translating their needs into actionable strategic initiatives. Act as a liaison to ensure alignment between clinical priorities and business objectives.
  • Innovation and Efficiency:
    Identify and champion technology, process improvements, and innovative initiatives to streamline operations, improve patient outcomes, and drive efficiencies. Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, Revenue Cycle, HIM, and Business Development, to execute key initiatives.
  • Project Leadership:
    Lead and manage strategic projects that impact the long-term growth of the organization. Coordinate with different departments to ensure successful implementation and measurable outcomes. Align resources and remove roadblocks to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with various departments, including Finance, Operations, IT, and Clinical Affairs, to ensure that strategic initiatives align with the organization’s overall business objectives and improve both clinical and operational outcomes.
  • Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification:
    Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and internal data to identify opportunities for expansion or improvement. Provide recommendations based on data analysis and strategic insights.
  • Change Management:
    Lead and facilitate change management initiatives across the organization, ensuring that teams are aligned and working toward common goals. Communicate effectively to drive engagement and adoption of new processes and solutions.

      Minimum Requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
      • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic growth, business development, or similar leadership roles within a healthcare or physician practice environment.
      • Proven ability to build strong relationships with physicians and understand clinical and business priorities.
      • Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to work across functional areas and drive large-scale projects.
      • Experience with implementing technology solutions to drive operational efficiencies and improve patient satisfaction.
      • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify growth opportunities and address operational challenges.
      • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

      Preferred Skills:

      • Experience working in physician practice management or a multi-specialty healthcare organization.
      • Familiarity with revenue cycle management, health information management, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
      • Track record of success in managing long-term strategic projects and delivering measurable outcomes.
