We are seeking full-time, part-time, and per diem nurse anesthetists to join our endoscopy center team in Charlottesville, Virginia. This position helps provide exemplar patient care and is pivotal to the endo center running smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Position Highlights:
Flexible per diem schedule – No nights, weekends, or call
Independent practice model in a supportive, team-based environment
Highly efficient workflow – Focus on patient care, not admin work
Monday–Friday, 7:15 AM – 4 PM center hours
Experienced support staff – Work alongside a skilled clinical team
Per Diem Roles Available
$180/hour with advanced scheduling incentive
Advance Scheduling Initiative – Earn an extra $10/hour when committing to at least 8 full days per month with 45 days’ notice
No additional administrative burdens – Focus on providing anesthesia care
Malpractice coverage provided with a minimum 2-shift/month commitment

Qualifications:
✔ Master’s degree in Anesthesia or Nursing
✔ Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program (AANA certified)
✔ Active CRNA licensure & ACLS certification
✔ Strong ability to work independently while collaborating with physicians and staff
Core Responsibilities:
Administer anesthesia for endoscopic procedures in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Monitor and manage patient responses before, during, and after sedation
Collaborate with gastroenterologists & clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care
Maintain compliance with all safety and quality standards
