CRNA Superstars Wanted: Join Our Endo Team and Elevate Patient Care

Gastro Health is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to provide outstanding anesthesia care to our endoscopy patients at the Outpatient Center of Boynton Beach.

Location: 2351 S Seacrest Blvd, Boynton Beach, FL

Schedule: Per Diem Shifts - Mondays through Fridays, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (8-hour guarantee)

As a CRNA at Gastro Health, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective anesthesia care to our patients during endoscopic procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. • Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during endoscopic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
• Assess patients' medical history, current health status, and anesthesia needs to develop an appropriate anesthesia plan.
• Administer medications, fluids, and anesthesia according to established protocols and professional guidelines.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, anesthesia levels, and response to anesthesia during the procedure.
• Collaborate with the medical team, including gastroenterologists and nurses, to ensure smooth and efficient procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any complications.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient education and follow-up instructions.

Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted CRNA license in the state of Florida.
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CRNA.
• Knowledge of anesthesia techniques specific to endoscopic procedures.
• Excellent clinical assessment skills and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the medical team and ensure patient comfort.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and thorough documentation.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
